“TONINO THE MOUSE”
storytelling, puppetry, live music
Excerpted from “A vicchiarella e ‘o suricillo,” a tale found in various parts of the world: A circular fairy tale that tells of the cyclical nature and the established order of nature and things in the world, from which man cannot escape. Bruno Bettelheim, in his famous book, “The Enchanted World: Use, Importance and Psychoanalytic Meanings of Fairy Tales,” tells us that fairy tales speak to children in a symbolic language, and this allows and encourages attention and identification.
All performances are free admission while seats last. No reservations are taken
